Moxibustion and Bodywork

Moxibustion and bodywork are adjunct therapies to an acupuncture treatment.  Moxibustion or moxa is a unique way to warm the body and draw energy to portions of the body that need it.  It's very relaxing and I use moxa in almost every treatment I give.  

Bodywork involves other Chinese Medicine methods of cupping, gua sha, and tuina.  Of course, the body likes the comfort of being touched.  I love doing some lomi lomi, hot stones, swedish, and some Thai in my practice.
